Pool Design in Frisco, TX

POOL DESIGN

The Pool Builders of Frisco is committed to building not just quality inground pools for our clients. It is our mission to establish a relationship of trust with our customers. So, here’s what you can expect when you decided to partner with us.

Project Design and Approval

It is your pool that we are building therefore, your vision is important to us. We’ll schedule a meeting with you to get to know you more and have a glimpse of your pool vision. It is in this phase that we will help you decide on some fundamental things such as your preferred pool shape, finish, and some added features. We will also take a thorough survey of your backyard to provide you the best options well suited for your landscape and preferences. A few days after the meeting, you can expect to receive a detailed design and plan with a list of all the expected expenses for the project. Know that after reviewing the plan we would love to hear your feedback and suggestions.  Once we’ve come into terms with the design plan and proposal, we’ll proceed to the next step.

Permitting and CAD

In this phase, we’ll process all the duly needed permits for residential pool construction For this, it is our responsibility to make sure that all plans will be in compliance with Texas’ and Frisco’s building code. Once you have signed the design and all the necessary permits have been processed, we’ll accomplish a detailed computer-aided design (CAD) design. This will serve as the blueprint that’ll guide the construction team for the next step.

Construction

We’ll make the magic happen.  But before the actual construction or pool remodeling project begins, our friendly team will meet with you to let you know what you should expect to happen during the construction period.

Our team will install “guide boards” to layout the CAD plan. Afterwhich, they will start the excavation or removal of dirt. You can expect things to get dirty during the excavation process.

In this part of the construction phase, our team will
install all the necessary plumbings: including all the lines for the main drains and skimmers as
well as the return lines.  After installing all the necessary plumbing lines, the pool form will be
reinforced with high-grade steel that will serve as your pool’s backbone. Then, we’ll move on to
forming your pool shell.

After the reinforcement structure is inspected and approved, our team will proceed with building your pool shell. In this part, gunite which is a mixture of sand, rock, and cement will be pneumatically applied to the pool form.

When the gunite finishes curing, it’s time to install some tile and coping to finish off the pool. We’ve got a variety of options for your finish and it will largely depend on your taste and budget. The time for us to finish this part will depend on the surface area of your pool but don’t worry you’ll be taking a plunge into your own pool very soon.

Cleaning

The construction period might take a while but once we finish it you’ll be getting one step closer to your dream staycation. At this point, we’ll be cleaning and removing all the dirt that has accumulated during the construction period. That way you’ll be able to have a better view of your backyard masterpiece.

Safety Installations and Coating

As we have said before, your safety is our priority! During this phase, we’ll be installing all the fences and pool covers to add security to your pool. You may also opt to add more landscaping and such but don’t worry all installed features adhere to the standards set by Frisco and Texas. It is our mission to build you the best pool of your dreams. Therefore, we’ll make sure to check the final output and if you’re not satisfied we will be more than willing to assist you on that matter. Our commitment doesn’t stop after building the pool.

Get refreshed and take a plunge to your new inground pool!

The last phase of this whole process is for you to take a plunge and enjoy your new inground pool because YOU DESERVE IT!
