Pool Design in Frisco, TX
POOL DESIGN
Project Design and Approval
Permitting and CAD
In this phase, we’ll process all the duly needed permits for residential pool construction For this, it is our responsibility to make sure that all plans will be in compliance with Texas’ and Frisco’s building code. Once you have signed the design and all the necessary permits have been processed, we’ll accomplish a detailed computer-aided design (CAD) design. This will serve as the blueprint that’ll guide the construction team for the next step.
Construction
We’ll make the magic happen. But before the actual construction or pool remodeling project begins, our friendly team will meet with you to let you know what you should expect to happen during the construction period.
Our team will install “guide boards” to layout the CAD plan. Afterwhich, they will start the excavation or removal of dirt. You can expect things to get dirty during the excavation process.
In this part of the construction phase, our team will
install all the necessary plumbings: including all the lines for the main drains and skimmers as
well as the return lines. After installing all the necessary plumbing lines, the pool form will be
reinforced with high-grade steel that will serve as your pool’s backbone. Then, we’ll move on to
forming your pool shell.
After the reinforcement structure is inspected and approved, our team will proceed with building your pool shell. In this part, gunite which is a mixture of sand, rock, and cement will be pneumatically applied to the pool form.
When the gunite finishes curing, it’s time to install some tile and coping to finish off the pool. We’ve got a variety of options for your finish and it will largely depend on your taste and budget. The time for us to finish this part will depend on the surface area of your pool but don’t worry you’ll be taking a plunge into your own pool very soon.
